Also, local holidays in the origin countries that may cause shipping delays are not considered business days.

1.Order processing time: 1-2 business days

2.Worldwide Delivery: We deliver worldwide, except to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

3.Free Shipping: All our products come with free shipping.(Except for Satellite receivers and Satellite Finders)

4.If shipped by Express delivery, items usually arrive in almost all countries within 15 business days. However, for the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and the Russian Federation, items usually arrive within 12 business days.
If shipped by DHL, items typically arrive in almost all countries within 7 business days.
Recipient Responsibility: Please note that the recipients are responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be levied by customs for international deliveries.
P.O. Box Addresses: We're sorry, but P.O. box addresses are not acceptable for shipping.

5.Orders returned to us due to incorrect or missing address information will be subject to customer payment in order to reship the order or cancel an order.

6.Orders from the The United States will be shipped from the local warehouses.
