Performance tuning in energy saving mode

In energy-saving mode, the monitor reduces parameters such as brightness and contrast to save energy. However, in some application scenarios, you may need higher brightness or contrast. In energy-saving mode, you can appropriately adjust the brightness and contrast according to your personal needs to balance energy saving and display performance.

Cable management at high refresh rates

If your monitor supports high refresh rates, it's important to make sure you use a high-quality cable connection. Poor quality cables may cause signal interference or image distortion. It is recommended to use high-quality HDMI or Type-C cables that comply with specifications and ensure that they are connected securely to ensure stable performance at high refresh rates. 

COMMON PROBLEMS AND TREATMENT

Q: The monitor's light does not work, and the power indicator light also does not work。

A: Press the power button to check whether the display is in the start-up state; Check that the USB cable is properly connected to the display and power supply interface.

A: If the screen flickers, we need to consider firstly whether the power supply is adequate.
